We hope that you love everything you have ordered! If you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us at hello@impressionsoutlet.com and we will work through a resolution with you.

At this time, we are not able to accept returns for any reason. Due to the steep discounts on our products, all sales are final. We reserve the right, on rare occasions, to issue store credit when a customer receives a damaged item.

Please do not send any items back to us or to our parent company, Impressions Online Boutique. Items returned to us will be held until the customer has either paid for new shipping or has chosen to donate the items, at which point we will donate the items to a local charity.
